2. Prepare planning diagrams, construction drawings, and permit application documents.
3. Oversee architectural design and coordinate with structural and MEP consultants.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
5. Extensive experience working in architectural firms is essential.
6. Strong project and team management capabilities are a must.
