                                                  folded metal panels, creating a sense of technological sophistication reminiscent of a circuit board.

                                                  Accented with metal frames, screens, and glass railings, the architecture achieves a refined, modern feel with a visually lighter massing.

                                                  One of the core design elements is the staggered balcony layout, which allows the adjacent greenbelt to visually extend upward, integrating the

                                                  vertical surface with nature and culminating in a rooftop landscape that blends technology with ecology.
