           Design Concept:

           MSquare Mall adopts a clean, modern design language with grilles, metal details, curtain walls, glass railings, and a rooftop frame that give the building a light, refined presence. These elements shape a sculptural form, establishing the mall as a new urban landmark. Balconies and metal-framed features create rich shadow play that adds depth to the facade.

           The ground floor is designed as an open, street-facing plaza that reduces the building’s impact on surrounding low-rise structures while creating space for walking, rest, and greenery—a buffer between bustle and calm. A multi-level atrium inside introduces dynamic spatial transitions that highlight the architecture’s scale and openness.

           The transparent curtain wall and expressive roofline animate the skyline, while greenery softens the architecture and enhances its connection to the landscape. Curved walls and corridors in the retail zone contrast with the clean vertical and horizontal lines of the office and residential towers, creating a balanced yet vibrant atmosphere. Signage, planting, and street furniture further support a lively and inviting public realm.
